We've had occasional users who've reported this behavior. If you are certain your SOM password is correct, and you cannot access one of our e-resources with a bad username/password error AND you are using the Chrome Web Browser, you can likely clear this error by clearing your Browser's Cache. Please see https://its.uiowa.edu/support/article/719 for details on how to do this. Alternatively, you can also try a different browser such as Edge or Firefox.
