The point-of-care clinical database called UpToDate is available to M3 and M4 students via Prisma Health. 

To access UpToDate:

1.    From a Prisma Health computer go to Connect:  https://connect.prismahealth.org/home

2.    In the search box, type:  UpToDate (no spaces) and select “UpToDate – Midlands.”

3.    You may be prompted to register for an account, or you can select the “Register” tab from the upper right-hand side of the UpToDate screen and follow the prompts.

Once registered, you can access from any device by logging in with your username and password.  A phone app is available from your app or play store.

Important Note:  You must login every 90 days from a Prisma Health computer to maintain access to your account.
